World-building reaches its peak when you invent grammar for flying lizards. Bethesda didn't just string together cool-sounding gibberish for the dragons in The Elder Scrolls V. They hired a concept artist to construct a fully functioning Draconic language, complete with a runic alphabet shaped to look like it was violently scratched into stone by giant claws.
