Why base twelve makes fractions easier

HERE’S THE INTERESTING PART

Our reliance on base-ten counting is mathematically mediocre, born only because we have ten fingers. Base-twelve, or the duodecimal system, is objectively vastly superior because twelve is highly composite. It neatly divides by two, three, four, and six, making fractions stunningly simple. If we had evolved with six fingers per hand, our financial mathematics would be infinitely less annoying to calculate.
