Modern spiritualists love getting the Eye of Horus tattooed on their wrists to represent spiritual awakening and divine protection. Meanwhile, ancient Egyptian accountants used the exact same symbol to calculate taxes on wheat. The different parts of the eye (the pupil, the eyebrow, the teardrop) correspond strictly to mathematical fractions like 1/2, 1/4, and 1/8. It is less 'third eye activation' and more 'ancient Microsoft Excel'.
