Calling a microscopic, neglected patch of dirt containing a single sad fern a 'city park' is easily the most aggressively hipster thing Oregon has ever legally achieved. Mill Ends Park was originally just a designated hole for a light pole that never arrived. Instead of paving it over, the city stubbornly doubled down, proving that adequate urban zoning is completely subjective.
