Decades before conspiracy theorists were raiding Area 51, a future U.S. President was officially logging sightings of unidentified flying craft. While waiting outside a Lions Club meeting in Georgia, Carter fiercely stared at a mysterious, brightly changing light hovering in the sky. He was so incredibly unnerved by it that he filed a formal report, presumably leaving the military highly confused.
