Directors had to constantly shoot him from low angles and force his co-stars to stand on boxes just to maintain the illusion that he was a pint-sized berserker. Hollywood’s obsession with casting incredibly tall, attractive leading men meant that fans just collectively agreed to ignore the fact that the supposedly stocky, feral mutant was suddenly built like a towering runway model with anger management issues
