Actors spend days recording deeply emotional responses for choices players simply never pick. Because the majority of people automatically select the heroic or nice dialogue options, the incredibly well-acted, evil responses gather digital dust. It is a tragic waste of studio money and talent simply because players feel too guilty to be mean to an imaginary character.
