Before voice recognition was accurately integrated into our phones, it was shoved into a plastic headset specifically to command digital soldiers. You had to physically yell tactical jargon into the microphone, praying the crude algorithm understood your dialect. Half the time, ordering your squad to 'breach the door' resulted in them cheerfully throwing a flashbang directly at your own feet.
