A real motorcycle brand rides through Night City

In Cyberpunk 2077, Arch Motorcycles appears as a manufacturer of bikes in the game’s fictional future. Arch is a real custom-motorcycle company co-founded by Keanu Reeves, who also plays Johnny Silverhand, the rocker and digital companion at the center of the story. The overlap makes the brand unusually easy to notice: Reeves is both part of the game’s cast and connected to the maker of the machines on its streets.

How a brand becomes part of the world

Rather than interrupting the action with a conventional advertisement, the game places Arch bikes inside its setting as vehicles a player can encounter and ride. That approach turns branding into a piece of world-building: a company name appears on an object that already belongs in a city where motorcycles help define the look and feel of the streets.

The fit also gives the bikes a role beyond displaying a logo. Players experience them as part of the game’s vehicle roster, while the real company gains visibility in front of an audience exploring a highly detailed fictional city. It is not the same as buying a motorcycle in the game or proving that a player will purchase one outside it. The striking connection is simpler: a real company associated with one of the game’s stars is built into the fiction as a maker of bikes.
