Truthful recalling is inherently disorganized. When retrieving real data, people frequently pause, backtrack, and correct their own minor details on the fly. Liars, however, usually deliver a rigid, chronological script with zero spontaneous corrections. A perfectly pristine, uninterrupted narrative is often the biggest red flag of a completely manufactured event.
