Epcot’s giant golf ball collects its own rainwater

Spaceship Earth is practically a massive, silver umbrella. Instead of dumping gallons of Florida rain onto the angry tourists below, the geodesic sphere is engineered with a complex internal gutter system. The water is channeled through the legs of the structure and dumped safely into the park's lagoon.
