How a train station heats a building with body heat

In Stockholm, the central train station hosts over a quarter of a million rushing commuters every single day. Engineers realized these bodies generated an enormous amount of ambient thermal energy. They installed a ventilation system that captures this biological heat, using it to warm water that is piped to a nearby office building across the street.
