The visionary director spent hundreds of millions of dollars rendering photo-realistic blue cat-aliens and lush bioluminescent jungles, but still felt the need to ensure the made-up creatures were using grammatically correct sentences when yelling at space marines! It is a stunning level of obsessive dedication to world-building that is entirely lost on the average moviegoer who is just aggressively munching on popcorn and waiting for the big robot suits to start shooting missiles! Only in Hollywood can you pay a highly educated academic a small fortune to invent a fictional dialect that will exclusively be spoken by actors wearing silly motion-capture dotted leotards in a gray room!
