Cuckoo chicks push their nestmates to their deaths

Cuckoos are the ultimate deadbeat parents. A mother cuckoo sneaks her egg into another bird's nest and bolts. When the massive cuckoo chick hatches, it literally pushes the legitimate baby birds out of the nest to die. The exhausted adoptive parents then spend all their energy feeding a giant, murderous imposter because the cuckoo mafia forced a hit on their actual kids.
