Why scam emails are written with terrible grammar
Those misspelled emails from a displaced prince aren't typos, they are a highly optimized sales funnel. Scammers intentionally use awful grammar to weed out anyone with an ounce of critical thinking. If you are gullible enough to read past 'Dear Sirs, I has a millions dollars,' the scammer knows they won't have to waste time convincing you during the long-con phase of extracting your bank details.
