Could shouting at your coffee actually warm it up
Whenever you yell at your appliances, you are technically warming them up. Sound waves are mechanical vibrations moving through a medium. When these waves travel, they agitate particles, causing friction that inevitably decays into heat. Of course, the conversion rate is abysmally inefficient. You would have to scream at a cup of water continuously for about a year and a half just to successfully brew a cup of tea.
