The legendary publisher behind massive point-and-click adventures literally started in a cabin in the woods. Ken and Roberta Williams founded the company under the name On-Line Systems in Coarsegold, California, surrounded by nature and presumably very confused bears. They later adopted the name Sierra to honor the nearby mountain range, proving that rustic isolation breeds great pixel art.
