Before terrorizing audiences for a century, the most famous vampire in literary existence was almost stuck with a hilariously generic name. Bram Stoker's initial notes repeatedly referred to his iconic villain by this embarrassingly on-the-nose title. Thankfully, he eventually stumbled across a far more menacing, real-world namesake, saving us all from a timeline where the prince of darkness sounds like a discount cereal mascot.
