Brown sugar is barely different from white sugar
Stop feeling morally superior about your baking choices. Brown sugar is literally just regular, highly refined white sugar that had a tiny bit of molasses added back in for color and moisture. It contains a microscopic, clinically irrelevant amount of minerals, meaning you would have to eat literal pounds of it to see any nutritional benefit, at which point the diabetes will severely outweigh the calcium.
