Mosquitoes can deliver bot-fly maggots under your skin

HERE’S THE INTERESTING PART

Some insects don't just bite you; they turn your flesh into a literal, wriggling nursery. Adult bot flies capture mosquitoes, glue their eggs to them, and let the mosquito deliver the payload. Once the eggs feel host body heat, they violently hatch and the tiny maggots burrow directly into the fresh bite wound.
