Hidden hundreds of feet below the surface of Poland lies the Wieliczka Salt Mine, an impossibly vast labyrinth of dark tunnels. Over generations, deeply religious miners meticulously carved spectacular chapels, beautiful glowing chandeliers, and intricate life-sized statues straight out of the dark rock salt, creating an entire underground artistic world.
