Sound designer Ben Burtt spent months traveling to zoos to record angry animals just to dub over Peter Mayhew acting his heart out in a giant walking carpet suit. The most loyal co-pilot in galactic history is essentially an aggressive audio smoothie of agitated zoo animals.
