Driving a multi-ton Toyota Hilux across a bottomless glacier requires a blatant disregard for standard tire inflation. Polar convoy operators intentionally drop their tire pressure down to a squishy 2 PSI, expanding the rubber's footprint so dramatically that the heavy vehicles practically float over the deep snow instead of digging a frozen grave.
