Forget the diet, just move closer to the equator. Because the Earth is spinning at 1,000 miles per hour at its midsection, the centrifugal force actively pushes outwards against the pull of gravity. Furthermore, the planet bulges slightly at the equator, putting you farther from the Earth's center of mass. Combine these two, and you instantly drop about 0.5% of your body weight just by standing in Ecuador.
