Wearing a pouch around your waist is a tradition spanning thousands of years, proving that hands-free convenience has always trumped looking cool. Long before neon nylon versions terrorized the nineties, medieval folks and ancient nomads wore sturdy leather belt pouches to carry coins and tools. We just eventually swapped out the rusted iron buckles for plastic clips and filled them with hand sanitizer.
