Ah, green energy, nature's savior—until it’s time to throw the savior away. Wind turbine blades are engineered from fiberglass and epoxy to withstand hurricane-force winds, making them practically indestructible. When they inevitably retire, they can't be melted down or repurposed. Instead, we literally bulldoze massive trenches and bury these colossal hundred-foot plastic wings in giant, un-green graveyards. Out of sight, out of mind!
