Packing up a massive tent every time you want to move your camp is exhausting, so nomadic forces simply decided to never take their tents down at all. They constructed utterly massive yurts heavily secured to gigantic wooden carts pulled by teams of draft beasts. It effectively functioned as an entirely mobile city, meaning the warriors literally brought their fully furnished living rooms directly to the battlefield.
