The Sega game with a talking fish that could bleed

HERE’S THE INTERESTING PART

Welcome to 1999, where Sega looked at the gaming market and thought, 'You know what kids want? A fish with a human face that insults them.' The game was Seaman for the Dreamcast, narrated by Leonard Nimoy. You had to talk to this hideous amphibious creature via a microphone, and if you didn't, it would literally bleed and die. It was less of a game and more of an emotionally abusive hostage situation.
