Einstein's brain spent decades in jars

HERE’S THE INTERESTING PART

Grave robbing is a crime, unless you have a medical degree, apparently. When Einstein died in 1955, his explicit final wish was to be cremated so people wouldn't worship his bones. Instead, the pathologist conducting the autopsy just cut out his brain, stole it without family permission, and kept it in jars in his basement for decades. He occasionally mailed small chunks of it to random scientists in mayonnaise jars.
