The capital where traffic cops replace traffic lights

While Western cities rely on soulless automated lights to stop you from T-boning a minivan, the capital of Bhutan uses pure vibes. Thimphu is the only capital city in the world without traffic lights. They installed one once, but locals complained it was too 'impersonal'. Now they just have sharply dressed cops doing aggressive, highly-choreographed hand gestures to keep the gridlock moving.
