Storms sometimes make frogs and fish fall from the sky

Powerful atmospheric updrafts occasionally scoop up shallow water habitats, forcefully vacuuming up thousands of unfortunate aquatic creatures. These bewildered frogs and fish are then unceremoniously dumped onto deeply confused pedestrians miles away, making a normal afternoon downpour feel like the beginning of an apocalyptic plague.
