The gritty, impenetrable brick alleyway where the tense standoff takes place would completely shatter if someone aggressively leaned on it. Real brick is massively heavy and entirely permanent, so decorators buy incredibly thin, vacuum-formed plastic sheets stamped with a brick texture. They staple them to flimsy wooden frames, paint them red, and pray the wind doesn't knock the entire city block over.
