Lemurs wage scented-tail battles

Rather than resorting to physical violence to establish dominance, male lemurs prefer chemical warfare. They forcefully rub deeply pungent scent glands from their wrists onto their long striped tails, then aggressively waft the terrible stench directly into the faces of their rivals. Whoever taps out from the blinding body odor first loses the territorial rights.
