Disney adults take their lore with deadly seriousness, and the Imagineers know it. For decades, theme park obsessives complained about a glaring narrative plot hole in Walt Disney World's Haunted Mansion: the Ghost Host's voice clearly didn't match the hanging body seen in the stretching room. To silence the pedants, Disney updated the interactive queue in 2011 to include a crypt for a poet named 'Brother Claude'. The epitaph subtly confirms that Claude was the one who actually hanged himself, while the Ghost Host is an entirely different entity narrating the tour. A million-dollar masonry project, all to fix a 1969 script oversight.
