Don't write your will just because you accidentally swallowed an apple core. Yes, apple seeds contain amygdalin, which releases hydrogen cyanide when digested. However, the seeds have a tough outer coating that prevents digestion unless thoroughly chewed to a paste. Even then, an adult would need to finely chew and swallow upwards of 150 to 200 seeds in one sitting to suffer anything worse than anxiety.
