Ancient Greeks believed that having a small, uncircumcised penis was the absolute pinnacle of masculine aesthetic beauty and intellectual superiority. They heavily associated large genitalia with foolishness, barbarism, and an inability to control one's primal animalistic urges, which is why all of their legendary hero statues feature incredibly modest packages. In contrast, they usually depicted satyrs and foolish characters with massive, exaggerated endowments just to make fun of them. It is a devastating reality check for modern toxic masculinity to realize that the heavily idolized founders of Western civilization would have looked at today's aggressive obsession with size and immediately assumed everyone was a savage, uncultured idiot
