Carbon nanotubes beat diamond at moving heat
Rolled up cylinders of graphene, known as carbon nanotubes, possess utterly absurd physical properties. They are significantly stronger than steel, wildly flexible, and transfer heat much faster than expensive thermal diamond coatings. The only real issue preventing them from dominating electronics cooling is the slight problem of mass-producing microscopic carbon tubes without them tangling into useless soot.
