Red light has the longest visible wavelength

HERE’S THE INTERESTING PART

Of all the colors demanding your attention, crimson is fundamentally the laziest electromagnetic wave your eyes can process. In the visible spectrum, the distance between the crests of a red photon wave is significantly longer than those of blue or violet. Because of this sluggish, drawn-out frequency, it carries significantly less raw energy than the cooler colors of the spectrum.
