Blizzard took the most toxic, rage-inducing aspect of multiplayer gaming and canonically gave it to a grumpy cowboy. Soldier 76's tactical visor auto-aim is a literal sanctioned cheat code, proving developers have a sick sense of humor. If you can't beat the script kiddies ruining your servers, you might as well bake their hacks right into the game's core mechanics and call it a 'feature'.
