In the mid-90s, Sega partnered with airlines to integrate a specialized Mega Drive into passenger armrests, assuming business travelers wanted to play Sonic the Hedgehog mid-flight. It failed spectacularly because nobody wanted to pay steep hourly fees just to drop their rings over the Atlantic.
